Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (multilingual/bilingual)
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling high call volumes
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
